Originating in the 1950s as the emblem of Maison'srefined and elegant style, it is crafted with a majority of Chardonnay, imparting floral and fruity fragrances, complemented by the structure and tension of Pinot Noir and the soft richness of Meunier. Even today, it has maintained the same charm and retained its harmonious allure. The base wines result from a selection of 55 parcels located in various areas of the appellation, to which a percentage of reserve wines is added to impart maturity and complexity to the blend. After maturing for 3 years in the cellar, the Champagne expresses an elegant, rich bouquet with remarkable aromatic persistence.
